GemsVault • Partners & Industry Network

Partners, Suppliers & Industry Resources

GemsVault works around a simple principle: gemstone buyers should be able to understand what they are buying, communicate with confidence, and access useful information before and after an order.

Our approach to partnerships

GemsVault’s public-facing partner information is intentionally transparent. We do not present a company, laboratory, retailer or individual as a commercial partner unless that relationship has been formally established and is appropriate to identify publicly.

What this page does not do: it does not publish a made-up directory of sponsors, laboratories, wholesalers or trade partners. Instead, it explains the types of professional relationships and independent industry resources that can support a responsible gemstone purchasing experience.
Sourcing

Gemstone sourcing network

Gemstone sourcing may involve independent suppliers, cutters, traders and other industry participants. Product availability, source information and documentation can differ from one stone to another, so listing-specific information remains the primary reference for each purchase.

Gemmology

Independent laboratory resources

Where a laboratory report is relevant, buyers should review the actual report associated with the gemstone. Independent laboratory resources can help identify species, varieties, treatments and other technical characteristics.

Trade standards

Industry standards & nomenclature

CIBJO’s Blue Books provide industry nomenclature and guidance for gemstones and jewellery products. GemsVault links to CIBJO as an external reference resource, not as a statement of membership or endorsement.

Delivery

Shipping infrastructure

Our Shipping Policy identifies DHL, FedEx, UPS and Turkish Post (PTT) as carriers that may be used depending on destination, service availability and order requirements. Carrier use does not by itself mean that a commercial partnership exists.

Independent industry resources

CIBJO

World Jewellery Confederation

CIBJO publishes the Blue Books for diamonds, coloured gemstones, pearls, precious metals and related subjects. Its coloured-stone guidance focuses on accurate nomenclature and disclosure.

How we work with professional suppliers

1. Product information

We use the information available for the individual gemstone and its supporting documentation when preparing a listing or responding to an inquiry.

2. Clear disclosure

Material information such as gemstone identity, treatment information or a supplied laboratory report should be communicated accurately rather than assumed from appearance alone.

3. Customer questions

Customers can request additional clarification before purchase through our Contact page.

4. Order support

After purchase, customers can refer to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy for practical next steps.
